Apparently you call them the day or two before and ask if they have anyone cancel and you can get a bargain on a room.
After going Disney, its crazy to see how bad Carnival really was. Even worse when you pay for the BS stops like Progresso.

Progresso is a fricking shithole. just go drink at a bar for next to nothing. The beach is full of shells and annoying vendors. We even had this fat mexican come up and start eating our food.
