I did this for 6months at the beginning of the year.
Since my job requires very little human interaction things got weird. I need to get up and interact with ppl at less once a week. Fckking hate it though because I hate everyone.

I go hang out at the pier and drink a few every evening with friends/associates. I also go to the gym everyday, body surf with a group of people 4 or 5 times per week, etc so I get enough of that to the point I didn't leave my house yesterday because I just need a break from people.
