It's Labor Day weekend. Also, some here may be going to Washington for the game this weekend. I hate to wait all the way until Wednesday to have the draft if we could get it done sooner. I'd like to hear when everyone else is available before setting anything into stone.

I can do tonight, tomorrow, early thursday, and friday afternoon. Saturday is no good for me at all as I will watch football from the time I wake up til the time I pass out.

Alright, I think it's best to wait until next week so we can get everything prepared for the draft...we still have to pick teams, send out invites, etc.
Everyone should list their availability for next week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will select the date that most people will be available to participate in the draft. If not everyone is available to be at home, at least you have the option of drafting from a PC (not sure if Mac is supported yet) or having the computer select players based on a draft board that you can set up.
I'm good for any of the days listed.

If we are doing a complete re-draft does it really matter what team we get? Other than the division you play in.

We are doing a complete redraft. When selecting a team, one can consider home field weather conditions, uniforms, personal preference, etc.

Can we reorganize the divisions? I want to be my Panthers and it's not like I'll have some significant advantage or anything... just swap me out with the Jaguars or Cowboys.

I'm not sure that you can rearrange the conferences in dynasty mode. I'll look into it though.
The problem with putting two players in the same conference is that they will have to play each other 2x per year which could end up increasing the number of user v. user games they each play. Since I can't make changes to the schedule itself, I'm trying to level the playing field by keeping it one user team per division.

I really don't care what division I am as I will be competing with custom teams, I just want to play with my Panthers for fan reasons. If it's not possible then I'll pick another team but I will be sad

I want to go ahead and set up the franchise online but I can't start the franchise until I know what team I am.
