Maclin scored every time they kicked the ball to him on a kickoff. After the third one, they just kicked it out of bounds (free kick after a safety).

I won my game: USC 104 - Washington State 0.
Don't have the exact stats, but McKnight had 5 Rushing TD's, 2 Receiving TD's, a KO TD, and a PR TD.

Played VT and didn't do that well on offense. I couldn't really get any big plays passing or rushing. I beat them pretty soundly though.

i never felt so screwed in a lost.
South Carolina had everything go its way. 3 play opening drive TD. I go up 17 - 14 with 5 seconds left in the half and they take the kick off back. so its 21 - 17 in the fourth then 28 - 17. I was able to bring it to 28 - 23. So i'm driving for the game winning Td and i figured hell i'm going to pump fake to see if someone bites and hit them deep...it works guy is wide open and drops the pass. third down same shite...fourth down INT for TD.
No matter what i did the computer just retaliated with something better.

yeah i know only one play worked and it was the play i used with the pump fake...the one time it didn't work i needed it. It just pissed me off to go the entire game with a dropped pass (not incomplete, dropped) to have a wide open guy drop it.

oh well, just have to win out now i guess... and have some help along the way..if i win the sec east and atleast make it to the championship game it'll be some success with the shite for defense i have. I just need help now since USCjr is in the East.

usually in those types of games you need to have a good running game. I know some may say it is cheese but put a WR at QB and run some option. Give you best players the ball as often as you can. ND was terrible last season(80 overall I think) especially of offense and I managed a 12-1 season against some pretty good teams. Just had to find ways to get the ball into the hands of the speed guys.

can we start a new thread since it is the second season and we have some new players. And try to go a few months without getting the boot.
I remember after a LSU lost last year I posted some porn to try and lighten the mood because people were over the top pissed. Got a lot of laughs but it got me the boot for a few months.

the problem isn't the offense for me...i can run the ball effectively. The little things that pissed me off was the kick off returned back when he should of been tackled before he scored, he just plowed through 4 guys including me i was waiting just incase he'd break it And on my game winning drive having 2 dropped passes that one would of put me in scoring range with about a minute left and the other would of been a first...that is what pissed me off. I can handle my defense sucking, but its the extra stuff that causes you to lose, i seriously wanted to quit when they took the kick off back because it was BS but i played through and just delt with it.

I remember i the old games when there were formations subs you could pick who you wanted in kick coverage. I would always put a few starters with speed on the outside and some LB's to plug up the middle. Now they just put seconds on the kickoff and you can't control it too much and if you are not deep with talent then you will give up some yards on special teams.
