The aiming is so much different in Rust than other games imo. I can’t get a feel for it either.

COD, Medal of Honor, battlefield etc are about the biggest recruiting tools there are.

That's why I don't like playing competitive online games. There's not much room for casual play.
That broke me of destiny. I loved the game and had a great group to play with but ultimately I just couldn't practice enough to hang.

IMO, the advantage they have comes down to processing power and/or internet connection. Of course a $500 new Xbox series x or PS5 won't compete with a $3-6k PC build, especially with an FOV option that someone mentioned earlier. What are your internet speed metrics?

can you imagine the difference? FPS is the same way. you click on someone's head, they'll die. that simple (on PC).
Except everyone has that advantage so there is still a skill gap. I'm a way better player mechanically since switching to pc but my kd stayed the same bc everyone is better mechanically.
Sometimes people just lack the hand eye coordination required for fps on any platform imo. Not saying that's the case with OP but switching to pc doesn't magically make you better.
