I got Tropico 4, with DLC bundle for $10. 
We'll see if the sale gets more interesting. I bought Stick of Truth last time it was almost free and played it once.

From my understanding what you are seeing is what they are offering for the whole sale, I think some publishers maybe offered better deals near the end of the sale last time, but only one or two.

I've only played the 3 open world FOs but always find them extremely boring. Danse surprise in the last game was the only cool part for me in the last 3 titles.

Bethesda is not about the missions but the world and universe they create. That is one reason I could never understand ppl gecking out, sorry I mean geeking out over their games on consoles with no mods.

Do not like unmodded. It was pushed to some of us who had bought through Steam, by mistake.
Why I didn't like it? Random vampire encounters as you hit a town was almost the rule, not the exception. And you're favorite NPCs would get mowed down as they tried to fight increasingly powerful, randomly spawned vampire packs, essentially in their street clothes.
Some mods allowed you to turn that off, but I was purely vanilla back then.

My sig pic was created to annoy the rant after the Steele hiring. I even found the Fallout font to create it. I thought the little mini BoS toy was cool, hence my avi. I have a ton of Vault Boy pics that I'll probably go back to soon.

I remember opinions were mixed about Dawnguard and I passed when it came out. I purchased Dragonborn and loved it, minus it glitching out on me on this critical mission, possibly the end. I'm all for some more Skyrim experiences so I was curious if it would be worth it.
