I’m playing and having a fricking blast. Unlocking shite is pretty grindy, but it’s still very rewarding. The one this game desperately needs is a way to view your stats. Also, a competitive CQ mode would be great too.

EA is heading back to the drawing board to figure out how to implement the system but convince people they aren’t getting screwed
It’s still a step in the right direction though. As soon as they announced there would be no season pass I knew there would be slimy micro transactions in the game. We can hate all we want, but those 12 year olds running to get mom’s credit card probably give them double the profits. frick. Honestly they should start charging $70-$80 up front for everything in the game with zero micro transactions. I would be much more forgiving if that was the case.

The micro transactions will come back after Christmas. They will wait for a ton of people to get the game under the tree and implement it again.

Loot Boxes and progression aside, man this game looks and plays great.
I will say, I had a slim glimmer of hope that they would make Palpatine not suck arse in this version, but have been yet again disappointed. He's just so weak and abilities don't do any damage, especially against other Heroes. He needs a lightsaber to deflect blasters and for close combat. Not having a block and having such low health is asinine. His normal lightning vs a lightsaber just isn't even close to fair. He is by far my favorite character, and just sucks to play with.

I am going to break down and buy the game today. The game is super fun and great looking.
I know they will implement the microtansactions later and all that but I can't resist on Star Wars games that are actually fun

He sucks so bad. Hated getting him on BF1.
Getting this today. Cant wait.
