I'd be cool with that too.
We need a Luigi's Revenge version where he kills everyone for not including him in their adventure.

Mario 64 is something I've wanted for a while on the switch

remasters of Mario 64, Galaxy and Sunshine in 2020

Paper Mario
As long as it's not that Sticker Star or Color Splash garbage. Give me something 64 or The Thousand Year Door-esque. Hell, I'd even settle for another Super Paper Mario-like game.

Can anyone knowledgeable on the Switch link me to a good bundle with some good games?
I'm in the market for one for a nephew but know nothing about them, and if you google Nintendo Switch you get 20 different versions that vary by hundreds of dollars.

Any bundle with a game he likes would be cool. If there aren't any, skip the bundle.
I would stay away from Switch Lite unless you are 100% certain it will never be played on a TV.

So the switch can be played on the tv and handheld, but the light is only handheld?
What is the MSRP price on a switch with the controllers?

Right.

It was $299 when I got mine. I think it's still the same. Comes with the system and one set of joycon controllers that can make one large controller or two smaller controllers.
You could maybe get a better deal off eBay or something.

My urologist gives a free switch with every vasectomy
Not sure if the deal is going on still with the virus

kind of irrelevant right now since there don't seem to be any units available right now.

Ok that's what I thought. I'm seeing prices as high as $600 lol so was just curious.

Well that was my point for asking, I'm not rushing out to spend $550 on one but when you google them there is a wide range of prices, I was just curious what the normal price was.

The Switch comes with the console, dock and (2) joy cons that you can use as (2) mini controllers or connect to grip to make (1) 'full-size' controller. The Switch can be played handheld by connecting the (2) joy cons to it and holding the entire thing while playing or by connecting the joy cons to the Switch wirelessly and using the console's kickstand kind of like a mini TV. You can also connect the dock to your TV and place the Switch inside of it. The normal price for a Switch is $299.
The Switch Lite does not have detachable joy cons and cannot be docked to the TV. Most games can be played on the Switch Lite as far as I know. The normal price for the Switch Lite is $199.
Due to the virus, the Switch has been sold out basically everywhere. The prices you are seeing when you search for it are from scalpers. I have seen Switch Lites in stock and at normal prices lately though.
I (adult) play my Switch almost exclusively while docked to the TV while my niece (11 years old) plays almost exclusively handheld.
It's really your personal preference. If you are wanting a Switch, I'd keep an eye out on Target and Best Buy's website (set an alert maybe?) to see if they get stock at a store near you and put in a Store Pickup order as soon as they come back.
