I really wanted to get in on a PS5 at some point, then kept waiting for the Pro, then it became almost $800 and I realized that I'm likely going to skip this generation completely.

Do you buy physical media for PC games? I hate the idea of getting rid of physical media, even though I do mainly buy digital for my PS5, but I'm curious what the difference is between digital PC games and console.

This is where someone will say steam has a monopoly on the PC games market, but that's false. People simply choose to use them over their competitors because they currently have the best product.

It was pretty awful. Opened with a movie trailer, pretty much every single thing featured was a modest DLC to games that came out years ago.
Something tells me they won't be making lego sets shaped like PS5's in 30 years.

Haven’t had the chance to watch yet…did they make the announcement that they were capping usage of PS+ gameplay to 10 hours?

No difference, one store runs PC like PS or MS stores, no competition. You do not own the game and if you get banned or account deleted etc your games are gone.
No one cares on PC though, all digital for a decade now. No one really cares on console either just a few losers on social media while 80%+ of overall sales are digital.
