Recruiting Clash of Clans members for clan wars

Looking for members with town hall 8 and above with level 5 troops or better. Clan is going to focus on clan wars and must be active to stay.

I got the pokeball setup.
Not going to upgrade my the until I have maxed my defense for the level and have all four level 9 barracks. So it'll probably be a couple weeks before I get to th8

I looked at TD 1 and 2. I think we are a better clan with more active members.

Picking up the people on here that couldn't cut it to be on TD1, TD2, TD3, or TD9 seems like a good plan for success

Our whole clan is active, new war starts every 2 days. Our clan is going to focus on clan wars.

Most of td1 and 2 participate in wars, with very few exceptions. Non-active war participants get booted in both clans. Know for a fact that td1,2,and 9 are all super active, both in donations and helping newer players. Also as a piece of advice, might want to refrain from starting new wars constantly back to back. They can be taxing and inhibit normal base upgrading, which is very needed in your clan. You will get burned out warring over and over like that.
