Yeah capcom is likely the best in the business at spacing their releases and timing things to create the best solution to please both players who want content and share holders who want things released at certain times to move markets.

It’s why capcom releases something big literally every one of the last days of February. Their quarterly earnings is March 1. This year it was RE9 next year it’ll be Code Veronica. Last year it was monster hunter

They will time the dlc based on their earnings report needs. If they think they’ll need the revenue from it to be brought over into the Q4 window it’ll be after their November earnings but I highly doubt they will need that since code Veronica remake will sell insane.

That means you’re likely looking at October sometime so the money gained from that is in their November quarterly

I think I developed a good route and strategy if anyone needs help but full transparency on the run I cleared I did get a late requiem drop

Capcom doesn’t do their own events like Nintendo directs etc.

They almost always announce their games specifically resident evil at PlayStation showcases, then appear at Tokeyo game show which is when the full marketing kicks into gear.

There’s a state of play happening late this month or early next so I would bet 99% it will be there.

Very likely they show the DLC trailer there too like with separate ways. If it really was further into development than normally would have been because of how many delays RE9 faced and a separate team is making the dlc they could announce it and shadow drop it if it’s ready but do not expect that lol
