The Witcher 3 is one of the best games I've ever played. Plus, you can then watch the show on Netflix and/or read the books.

I typically don't play games of that genre, but I decided to pick up Witcher 3 after watching the first season and I haven't put it down since.

I'm the same way. I really liked the show and decided to get the game for Switch. Only other open world game I've played is BOTW. I am having fun, but I was not prepared for the detail of this game. With 2 kids, it's hard to get more than about 30 mins or so before bed. I've realized being tired is not the best method to figure everything out. I'm looking forward to getting over the hump. I definitely think I'll enjoy it.

Same exact thing here too, I've spent many a night playing until like 2am after the kids went to bed. I'm pretty sure my girlfriend may leave me over this game

I still fire it up every now and again to play Gwent with BB.

The combat in the witcher 3 on controller is very clunky. I play it on PC but also own it on ps4. It's not very fun without a kb and mouse imo.

I'm enjoying the game, but I am definitely struggling to get used to the controls. It was very evident when I fought the griffin. The crossbow was extremely clunky. The aiming was awkward and I couldn't even tell if I was hitting the griffin. Also, it seems a bit strange that every sword strike involves a ton of movement instead of the ability to make smaller swipes.

I started the Witcher and found the controls to be completely clunky and awful. Went back to CoD

Try a USB KB and Mouse. It's so much better. Ignore the poster that said it's not clunky. It's the biggest gripe with the game that many people have voiced. He's just trying to be cool. You're not the only one.

What is the difference between Witcher 3 versus Skyrim?

Is Witcher 3 more like BOTW or Skyrim?
