Operation Red Crow Trailer
Operation Red Crow General Information and Patch Notes
With this update, Season Pass holders get two new operators--Hibana (attacker) and Echo (defender). Hibana's special ability is that she has a device that shoots little grenades into reinforced walls, they light up and then explode. Her device is a mix between Ash's M120 breaching launcher and Thermite's breaching charges. Echo's device is a flying drone that can camoflauge and go unseen. It has the ability to stun opposing players.
The new map is Skyscraper. It's a typical Japanese structure on the roof of a skyscraper in Nagoya, Japan.

Also announced are some new weapon skins, battle dress uniforms for your operator as well as some elite skins and emotes for the ends of matches. Ubisoft also said that a new map will be released as part of the mid season reinforcements patch in Season 4, Bartlett University.
The R6 team revealed another year of support and DLC for Siege and that is great news. They are always balancing, tweaking and refining the game much like DICE and they are involved with the community.
Rainbow 6 Siege is really one of the best team tactical shooters out right now. It's a culture shock coming from Battlefield, but it's very team oriented and strategic. Anyway, if you play Siege this is really good news. The game has been a big success.

Been on BF1 since its release to give myself time off from R6. I'm definitely excited to jump back into Siege with this update.

Echo is the first defender that has his own drone. Should make the game interesting for sure.
He is the only one that can use his drone camera though.
ETA: Bartlett University was available in other game modes. I've never played it because i never knew it even existed.. Regardless I can't wait to have a few new locations to play.
ETA2: I still havent gotten to play with you SadBanana. Shoot me an invite next time you are on. I get the notifications to my phone so sometimes I will even drop what I'm doing just to get in a few rounds.

His drone can be taken out by a Twitch drone, too. It takes some planning and skill, however. It requires you to locate him, watch and wait for him to deploy his drone without getting the Twitch drone destroyed. IQ should play a role in this, too.
I like the way the weapons look, too. Hopefully the new DLC season will be a success.
