Persona 5, and I’m only 40 hours in, is the best PS4 exclusive game I’ve played.

This may change if it goes downhill, but it’s been incredible thus far.

If you can handle the art style of Code Vein, then you should add that one as well. It has a similar gameplay style, but they made it different enough to be fun. It's not nearly as difficult as those other games though.

Good one, forgot to add that. Everything you said is 100% correct. Really fun game. And best customization feature I've ever seen in a game.

If you're at the dungeon I am thinking, you're prob close to the peak of the plot imo. Not that it crashes and burns, but the ending is a bit lackluster. It took me exactly 100 hrs to finish P5. Bout to spend another 100 on P5 R

I just finished the second palace and I’m waiting for the third one to start. The story is okay, I enjoy how over the top it is, but the gameplay is what has me hooked. The day-to-day choosing what to do with my time is addicting for whatever reason lol.

Combat is also great. I’m a little OP at the moment though. I’m like level 27 right now.

Yup, felt the same way playing it. The persona breeding and the battle system are amazing and the social link aspect adds another layer to those things as well. Very fun game.

Here are some others that arent the top must plays but still worth a look

Uncharted Lost Legacy..If you like the the Uncharted games dont forget about this one. Its a shorter adventure and imo one of the best.

Until Dawn... like the Tell Tale games basically an interactive horror movie..lots of fun

Infamous Series: Second Son and First Light... Open world action game.. missions get a bit repetitive but still fun. I prefer First Light.

Kill Zone Shadowfall... FPS shooter .Its admittedly the worst of the Killzone series but I don't think its that bad. The opening level is absolutely terrible but its gets better. Story is decent.

2016 Ratchet and Klank.. really fun 3-D action platformer. I had never played any Ratchet and Klank before but I got it for my kids and ended up really enjoying it.

This was a fun game.

The developers have actually started a horror anthology series of games (Until Dawn is not included in this) and I played the first one, ‘The Man of Medan’ last week with a friend and it was a blast. Fun and scary game.

I will definitely buy their other titles once they come out.

First off, I will not play scary games alone. I only played Until Dawn and Man of Medan because I have a friend who likes to play cinematic games like them. Having someone to play with also made the game more enjoyable because when we were split up we would get jump scared from something the other can’t see and it’s funny.

for me, I would never play it alone and would have never bought it if I didn’t have someone to play with.

There are like 5-6 characters that you switch to and from throughout and the more people playing the better i would assume in terms of the decisions you make for each character. The decisions and your effectiveness in QTE’s directly determine if characters die or live.

If you have two people then I believe you can make every decision because it’s typically groups of two if you aren’t by yourself.

If you enjoy cinematic games I would say definitely pick it up if you can get it on sale. I wouldn’t buy it full price, I think I paid $17 for it and it was well worth that price.

I didn't play it but Man of Medan didn't get close to the same level of buzz as Until Dawn.

Yeah I hadn’t even heard of it until my friend told me it was on sale and that I should buy it so we could play

It’s genuinely the same type of game as Until Dawn. There are cutscenes with the ‘Curator’ who is the person who places you in these stories and plays the same role as the psychiatrist in Until Dawn.

I honestly preferred Man of Medan out of the two if I’m being honest, but that may just be because I only played Until Dawn once like four years ago.
