Me and the wife started p90x again. An hour is just too fricking long. Looking into T25
I feel like I need to get the heart rate up in order to lose weight. Even though muscle burns calories, I just don't push it enough or use enough weight to get it up.
May have to start running again. Can't gain 30 back. This 5 I gained is aggravating me
