I took a the whole month of july off, but that was when we were running a 14/14 schedule. It was easier to schedule it that was (basically just taking 2 weeks off) than trying to get someone to work with you on the opposite hitch work work a 21/21 so you can take a week off.

I have hardwood in the living areas, tile in the wet areas and carpet in the bedrooms. My builder wouldn't deviate from anything in the floorplan, but I wanted hardwood everywhere but the bathrooms and wash room.

I have carpet in my 2 kids rooms but I don't care for it.
I'll probably replace it right before I sell since it's not the prettiest after 8 years of use.
