i'm kind of torn on subways new pricing
the 6 dollar 6inch meals are a decent deal, but they used to be 4.75 (but you were limited to the meal of the day)
now for the premium of 1.25, I can have whichever of the list I choose on any day that I want

I just got a 6" ham and turkey and a bag of chips for $5.18 I think. That's not too bad at all. JJ's might be a little more expensive, but I never feel like I'm getting jipped there.

Update:
This morning they were able to lower the oxygen to my old man from 100% to 70% as far as reliability goes.
His heart started pumping better through the night once intubated, which is good. He's been having pulmonary hypertension which basically means his heart isn't in great shape.
They will gradually take him off the meds he's on that improves his status, and if he keeps it up great, if not, then it's not a good sign. Even if he does keep it up, he may not be able to be as active as before.
It's not a great outlook, but he's made his peace with everyone, said I love you's, told me he was proud of me
and made peace with god. I hope and pray this isn't the last time I get to see him, but if so, at least there will be no more pain
