It's going to be so bad. Now there are reports that Sean Payton and Rob Ryan hate each other. I'll be honest I hate both of them right about now.

I don't get how it went so bad so fast for Rob Ryan. Last year he was Nola's mascot and ambassador of goodwill, but now he's the goat.
I think this mirrors what happened to him in Dallas. That year he left Dallas his personnel was crushed by injuries and they were the worst defense in NFL history a year after the Saints defense set that record with Spags as DC. This year, Ryan has been crushed by injuries and he's not adapted well at all. Most of his players are having very bad years, like Kenny Vaccaro and Cameron Jordan and Akiem Hicks and John Jenkins.

You run 6-8 miles non stop? What pace are you running?
Just wondering. Even at my best, I only ran 3 non stop once or twice. As soon as I got to it, it was like I couldn't keep doing it. At the same time, I was trying to cut a minute off my pace

Yeah nonstop. I think I'm anywhere from 7:50 to 8:10 splits on average.

I was at a 9 minute mile at my best. I started to fall off though. I guess it was a lack of motivation. I had a goal of running 3 miles, and once I did it, I guess I needed to set a new one. That and it was time to replace my running shoes bc i started having shin and foot pain during my runs

I bought some Merrill runners at Marshall's for like $45 and they are pretty comfy and easy on my legs and feet. I never thought I would run 8 miles but one day I did. Cool temps and dry air help. I run in the early morning too.

Weather could've played into it too. I hit 3 miles around the end of spring. Next thing you know, 90% humidity was back and it was harder to breathe.
I'm planning on starting again when we get back from Disney this week. Try not to get frustrated. I'd like to get up to the 6-8 mile mark

I definitely run better in dry cool weather. During the summer there's no way I'm running in the afternoon. Good luck you got this.
