Yeah, I do two a days as much as I can. My schedule is so crazy right now...weeks I don't have the little one, I'm in Nola for work and at B's house, and I'm still managing two a days. When I do have her, I'm at my house and the BR office so it's much easier.

I don't know man, I find the short length of the videos to be so advantageous to make it happen. I always get in a morning workout and anything I do in the afternoons is butter. Little Sad Banana likes to come in the garage and exercise with me...she lifts the pushup stands like they are weights...or I have a little chalkboard/paint board she can play on in there. Last resort is she watches her Kindle or something on TV.

Like I said, it's only 30 minutes...and working out is not my favorite activity in the world, but I just have committed myself at a young age and I can't let go.

when i run out, it's usually a month or so i go without it. i went 3 or so months at the end of last year and restarted at the beginning of the year and the affect it used to have just isn't there anymore.

If i could cut beer out, i'm sure i'd be making more progress in the weight loss, but it's so good

I also don't drink during the work week. Or if I do, it's one during those five days (I'm not much of a Sunday drinker, so Sunday-Thursday I'm usually beer free).

When I do drink, it's not very much. Maybe 5-7 beers all weekend.

AP folks:

Is the area close to Port Vincent, around where Hwy 931 meets 431, prone to flooding? Or even in a flood zone?

I know its in a flood zone, cant really comment on the actual flooding of that exact area... It gets high closer you get to the bridge

Good guess

I just looked up the flood maps and it seems to be on an isolated higher area

In a couple years I might be looking off Bluff...I have a cousin who lives out there. Some nice spots IIRC.

its right in line with the rest of Ascension

in the span of 2 miles you will see a million dollar pad, a trailer, a well kept older house, and a run down shitspot

there are some really nice newer subdivisions going up there, though...

Most areas of LP are similar

It's the result of absolutely zero parish zoning

There is traffic everywhere out that way. There is no other way to get into town other than the interstates, so everyone is using the same goddamn routes to get to them. The entire thing is a funnel.

Widen Airline, add frontage roads to I-10. Other than that, I really have no answer. Maybe a North-South route a little east of Port Vincent that connects Livingston to Ascension.

Working less than a month in 2014 is enough to get a merit increase for 2015
