Dat defense though y'all. That's embarrassing. You could always count on LSU's defense to be there regardless of the offense.
I keep telling myself that I'd give my middle nut for Mettenburger for life at LSU but Brandon Harris doesn't play defense. I just don't understand why this staff recruits "athletes" at QB then puts them in a classic pro style offense. If that's your offense then recruit a pro style QB.
frick...That goddamn defense.
But Black was spot on a few pages back. I had low expectations this year. Just the watching it happen part really sucks.

Yall, we have DE's playing DT...a running back that was gaining 8 yards a carry and then sees the bench...and no qb. Ole Miss will embarrass us for homecoming.

I agree...and don't understand it. Neither is an under center qb. If miles is trying to regain what he ha with Mett, he's doing it wrong...lol

A lot of people were saying that Les looked generally uninterested last night. Maybe that's reading in to something that isn't there, but that didn't help anyone's mood about the game.

I was hopeful for the defense but not anymore. The offense doesn't help them but the whole team looks lifeless.

I use to make fun of Auburn and their gimmick offense, but that's what cfb has evolved to. This bullshite LSU runs needs to go.

I don't even know. I feel that Saban and Miles have established a good recruiting name with the program, so unless you bring in a Pee Wee coach with a bladder problem, you should be able to at least maintain the program. Hopefully there's enough appeal to bring in a somewhat big name. I dunno, the Baylor or TCU coach?

Adams looks good...he made a freshman mistake and got lost on the tight end td, but he'll be a player
Beckwith seems to have it, but he needs to learn the play book and learn it fast. It's gonna be 2 years of that excuse and the time is now. Even so, I think he should start.
What is Clifton Garrett(might be wrong name)? DE or LB? I'm referencing the kid from Oklahoma. The one who's mom didn't want him to come here. Hope none of this is fricking with his head.
