So Payton has kind of lost it. That fake punt was so inexplicably Les that you have to wonder if they don't have coffee 3 times a week. This offense just isn't the same anymore. Used to be fun.

I don't know what happened after midway thruogh the second quarter because I quit. I'm tired of the defense not doing shite. I'm tired of watching the running game get 5 yards on first down then shotgun with no backs for the next two plays. It doesn't work anymore. All this bullshite about rededicating to the run yada yada yada we heard before the playoffs last year was noise.
The team really is no different than it was in Philly last year and yet, here we are, 1-3. It's dissappointing.

The pass rush has just disappeared, and when you give any NFL QB time, he will find an open guy. Thats the root of the D's problems. Jarius Bryd takes bad angles, also
Theres nothing that angers me more than the 4 yard hook route over the middle of the field... You can get 4 yards by turning around and handing it to a back. Drew almost threw 2 picks with that shitty route.
Also, Colston is playing scared. Hes bracing for hits before the ball gets to him now, results in dropped passes. And Jimmy Graham plays with T-Rex arms

Brees can't really zip it in there anymore (not that he ever had a cannon), so when they do catch it, they're getting nailed.
I don't get this defensive line. That's more disappointing than anything else on this team. What causes you to drop off like that?

I think it was a fluke when it happened to begin with. I don't think they have done a good job building the team over the years. They have made some good picks in the draft but have never really had a goal in mind to improve something, just random patch work. You would think we would draft defense heavy as bad as it's been over the years.

All of this plus a buttload of other stuff, and some stuff AJF said. Its frustrating because you know this team is talented. It starts with coaching. Also, is Drew's oblique really healed?

It's down right frightening how much the Falcons and Saints have in common. Obviously minus the Lombardi, the two teams are damn near mirror images of each other. Both suck on the road, both have shitty defenses. Both have more than enough weapons on offense but can't do shite with it because of shitty offensive lines.
