Okay, I'm having an issue with my phone. It won't charge. When I hook a charger up to it (I tried different ones), it will start charging then immediately stop. Or go in and out of charging.
I'm not eligible to upgrade until November. What am I looking at here, most likely?
I'm hoping best case is that I pay deductible on insurance and have ATT give me a replacement of the same phone, which I'd be more than happy about.

I've had to make a claim once with sprint when my phone was stolen. They gave me a new one no problem

I had to do the same a long time ago when I dropped my RAZR (RIP) in the terlet. No problems there, so I'm hoping this should be okay given I didn't break it myself.
