What do you need an excel spreadsheet for? To write down your reps?

There is probably a form that cam with P90X3 that you can print. You just have to find it. They had one in P90X, however, they gave you time between each rep to write it down. I can't see that happening in 30 mins.

I'm old fashioned. I wrote it down for P90X.

I wrote it down for P90X too. But I don't write anything down for this. I'm too busy sucking wind.

Well, I took a "break" last week from T25, after only one week. I'm so freaking lazy. How many resistance type workouts are in P90X3? Even though my main goal is to lose weight, I do want to get stronger. I'm not 100% sure T25 will do that for me.

ETA: But, lets just be honest. I made excuses. I started again and will try to keep it up, but I want to give T25 at least a month. Maybe I'll start liking it.

There are some more resistance workouts in phase 2. In phase 1 it seems like it's fat-cutting get in shape type stuff, then it's building in phase 2. Each phase is 4 weeks.

Well, for P90X, I looked forward to the resistance days. Hated plyo for the first month, but didn't mind it as much after. I saw and felt results in about 6 weeks, as for strength.

Just man, 30 mins is so tempting.

Oh, and you were talking about weights the other day...I have these...

For P90X I never did much of the other workouts. They were an hour long and they called for 6 days a week. F that. I just did like 3 days a week, and I mixed up the resistance.

With P90X3 I'm more inclined to follow the 7 day schedule because the workouts are short. I can manage to let my daughter watch a TV show and I can finish a workout if I need to. It's convenient. I'm already feeling tighter in my waist after a week. That's a great feeling.

Yeah, I have some adjustable weights like that too...mine go to 25 lbs. I need to get some heavier bands and heavier weights, though.

These have been in my wish list for a year now. However, that would be a waste because I won't be using that much weight.

My favorite moves are those isometric ones...I love the pushup side arm balance and that pushup flip flop crunch...so money.

I'm just throwing shite against the wall here, but at 2.5 lbs increments, those things will be awkwardly long. With the bells I have, it was tough doing a couple of the tricep workouts because of their length. Those look twice as long (as do the bowflex ones). Thats why I looked at the 5lbs increment ones on Amazon.
