And you're right. Often times, especially when I'd travel to Houston, there'd be people in the service industry that didn't speak English. I'd always wonder how the frick they even got a yob if they can't speak English on the goddamn floor.

Last weekend we were watching an episode of "Man vs. Food" and it was in Texas, and the guy kept janking on one of the cooks, I didn't really think about it until my wife goes "that cook soo can't speak English, and that's why they keep directly commenting about him, and he never says a thing." ... gotta love it..
