If we go after Landry we obviously won't resign Harper. I know SS aren't usually known for great coverage skills, but both of these guys are pretty terrible at it. I'm not a Harper hater like some. I know the guy does some things well, like run defense and blitzing, but he's a big liability in the pass game, and most of the NFL passes a lot these days.
