in terms of molding....i did a chair rail in my daughters room, it wasn't that bad, but i only had to do one room and it wasn't over my head


also, they lay flat against the wall and were easier to cut

not sure what kind of miter you need to cut crown molding, you'll have to hold it in a tricky way to cut it properly


eta: i need to reputty my crown molding, its shrunk somewhat and i can see gaps

the hard part is being able to visualize it above your head and flipped. That's where my ole man comes into play. He's unreal at that shite.

When I make my first few million im gonna hire a camera crew and film a show with me and a few friends hopping in jets and partying all over the country. for those who have subcontracted a house themselves, who would do the crown molding type stuff? I don't think i can find a crown molding contractor in the yellow pages.
