Eggs. Act. Lee.

Cain is my favorite, but if you notice during the debates Perry and Romney are usually centerstage. They've already picked either of those two as the candidate, and I think Perry is a woodenheaded moron. Romney is the slick talking, sleezeball type I'd like to avoid and Cain is my favorite.

If I had to guess, and it's not what I want, but Romney will win the nominee. If he's wise, he'll pick Cain or Newt as his VP. Bachmann is a bit of a lunatic; Paul has good ideas but he's strange; Santorum was in attack mode and Newt is just there because he's old.

My wife and I rewound it to double check...we loled. But we really like Cain because he has substance and isn't a politician. He just gives off this vibe of being real.

ETA: The one thing I hated was that most of them would end their answers with "This President has failed America". I mean, no shite...we're obviously past that.

any one of them will be walking into a shitty situation, and the way our government is structured, no one person can do everything

congress has to have their backs, so hopefully we'll win that back

who's going vote saturday?

I wonder if it's political suicide to NOT focus on what the previous candidate failed and convince people where THEY can succeed.

Come across as the better person, but no one ever seems to do that.

as much as i love getting a big tax return, our government gives us too many individual tax breaks

thats why so many people in this country pay almost nothing in income tax

the standard deduction allows the lower income families to pay close to nothing, yet they leech the most

i don't hate poor people, but i hate enabling

ok, i hate poor people

Cooper asked Herman a question about the Occupy Wall Street protesters and Cain's earlier comments were pretty detrimental to the protests.

Basic rundown...

Gay Cooper: "You said blah about the protests, you stand by that?"

Godfather: "Absolutely."

You're going to see a huge, massive turnout in the red states this year.

If the Republicans can't find a clear cut leader to represent their party, he will.

Herman's 9 9 9 plan was under attack. TBH, I don't know much about it to comment. Romney was saying he did analysis on it and the middle class gets hit the hardest by it..."paying more".

I did like Bachmann's idea of a flat tax.

any team can analyze it differently to make it look good/bad on paper, just like cain's team initially did

i'm with you, this was my first foray into the candidates this go round

I don't know...I hardly noticed he was there. I think Perry will lose a ton of ground...he's just lame. Lol at him bitching at Romney for employing a contractor that hired illegals to mow his lawn when Perry's state is a sanctuary for illegal immigrants from Mexico. He just seemed like an idiot.
