I know how you feel bruh. Da Clan has one focus, winning. When flags need to be captured, or vehicles need repair, we stop thinking about killing and focus on what is needed.
It's not a bad thing that you aren't a killwhore on BF3. Plus you don't have an overpowered killstreak helping you get kills.

I'm pretty sure you can use the M16A4 when you are playing as the Russians...
One thing I have noticed with this game is that the 3 round burst seems smoother for me. I can actually make it sound and feel like a fully auto.
Also, either I have got better with pistols or it is easier to get kills with the pistol on BF3 than any COD I've played.

I hadn't gotten to the M16A4 yet, I was just listing it bc it's about to be unlocked
I even burst fire when I have it on full auto not thinking about it. If you do it right, you won't even know its on burst
