thats how i did mine in the oven, but some people say thats backwards, they sear first and then turn down
mine came out tender and tasty though, even if i was backwards

I wish I could go back to the first time I plugged my ps3 into a HDTV. Upgrading from a tube TV to HD is one of those life defining moments in a man's life.

i've had a 37 inch westinghouse LCD for about 5 years. it has served very well and i still contend it has a great screen.
now that i have a new tv, this one is supposed to go to the bedroom. but since it's a monitor and not a tv it doesn't have a coax input. more money to Cox
