Playstation Store Question

I'm a 95% PC gamer, and I feel like I just screwed up big time on my PS5!
Bought Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and freaking hate it. WAY too much dialogue! I'm maybe an hour in, and have lost all interest. Am I correct that the Playstation Store doesn't refund if you've already downloaded it?

KCD2 is a phenomenal game. Would be GOTY if not for Claire Obscure

That's what it says, unfortunately. I hate it. I guess they expect you to do your youtube research prior to purchasing. Steam has this figured out.
You can always request it and see if you get lucky, but I feel like once you tell them you downloaded it already, they are "bye".

Yes. Compared to Steam, consoles are nazi germany when it comes to refunds

Sometimes PlayStation will make a one-time exception, but YMMV. I think it's worth asking.

Yea it's your's now. PSstore only refunds for like a large crowd or if there's an obvious screw up. Potential GOTY there's zero chance.
If you wonder why publishers release on consoles first, this is why. Guaranteed money and no piracy(well with the switch 2 now)

Uninstalled. Quite possibly, the most boring game i've played - and definitely the biggest waste of money.
