This will give me 4 mowers. My guys will be some grass cutting fools at the bank repos this summer. I have 2 more guys I sub grass cuts out to too.
I am no Mexican so I don't want to do that shite everyday but they will be doing like 600 grass cuts per month for me that I bill out roughly $35 a pop for. You do the math.
ETA: I have another bank wanting to drop an additional 400 grass cuts per month on me which is why I am buying this mower to add another crew.

I already have the regular ole Fastrack 48 but it is going to my main crew to use. This one will stay on my trailer for when I do what is called "initial secures" which is when I secure the house for the bank after the people have moved out. It's where I make my real money because I bid on everything that needs to be fixed. So much better than dealing with the general public and the money is marked up about 30% more too than what a homeowner would pay.
I looked at the Gravely mowers really hard today but I am sticking with Hustler.

On eBay, when people have been sending me ridiculous offers for the Buy it Now/Best offer option, I have been adding them to my blocked buyer list and just got a nasty message about it.
Some guy sent me $100 offer on a $325 BIN item I have and after I refused it and blocked him he got pissy and wanted to know why I didn't counter offer then blocked him. I told him eBay wasn't a fricking flea market and to quit wasting my time. WTF do people think?

Understandable, it's worth setting the bottom limit for offers you are willing to hear. I had some bad offers for my 7870.
