Yea that'll happen no doubt.
I haven't ordered from TD since they fricked me when I did my first build a few years back but I saw this as a great opportunity to frick them back.
No matter what I will continue not ordering anything from them unless it is just a great deal.

They had a bundle that was advertised as a 560Ti, 8GB of ram, a mini HDMI cable, and a copy of BF3 for like $209. I ordered it and after about a month, when I was OC'ing the GPU, I discovered it was only a 560 and not a 560Ti. Tons of phone calls and emails later they basically told me sorry but you're fricked as it's ben longer than 30 days and it was up to me to realize it was a 560 and not a Ti earlier.
The package was put out by PNY and on Amazon, PNY's website, and Newegg they all had it advertised as a 560 which was correct. TD had it advertised wrong and never lived up to it.
They still have it as a 560Ti to this day

BTW does anyone have CoD4? My friend was playing it and it looked interesting. I bought it off amazon and gave it a go. Not half bad if you can find a decent non-HC server
