Cheap mouse
Just looking for a cheap option to be better than my wireless mouse with no extra buttons. Any opinions on this?

I had that one for a while. Nothing wrong with it at all.

I have never had those button options, what do program the 2 side buttons for?

Depends on the game. I use one for walking in DayZ that way I don't have to hold the W button for 10-15 minutes at a time since sometimes that's all you do.

Thats what I do...The front mouse button is for sprinting...the aft button is for running normally.

I use the buttons for reloading and either crouching (bf3) or as an E key

make sense, I almost picked one of these up when I played crysis since I spent 90% of the game crouching

That's what I did at first but its actually better if you make it your med pack and defibs and scroll wheel press to toggle primary. Switch to defibs back to primary very quick

I have my scroll wheel set to scrolling through primary, secondary, med packs, etc... My scroll button is prone, and my two side buttons reload and crouch
I find it very easy scrolling to med packs, but that damn defib is so hard to get and I sometimes accidentally throw grenades at the bodies

nah, i meant a down press on the wheel for toggle primary. that's the best set-up you can get. I've experimented with most of them and that's the best.

couple good deals on steam today. FM13 for $14, preorder of shadowrun returns 10% off, chivalry for $8.50. Payday the heist worth $5?

I am thinking about buying a rework/reballing station.
I have an idea I want to try out. Worse comes to worst and it fails at least I have a pretty cool rework station added to my tool inventory.

I got this game yesterday. Its worth 5 bucks for sure. Imagine Left 4 Dead but instead of zombies you are fighting off cops while you pull off heist. You can upgrade your load out as your rep level increases.

Blue or Coyote, do either of you live in the BR area? I'm encountering a small problem with my PC that's might require part swap-outs, but I don't have any extra parts anymore.
I usually leave my PC on 24/7, but I'll occasionally turn it off if I'm going to be gone for more than a day or for whatever reason. Lately, after it's been off for a few hours, the initial boot fails via a Machine Check Exception BSOD, or it will repost before it even gets to the windows splash screen. It only fails like this once, and then reboots perfectly fine. CPU is prime stable, GPUs stable.
This morning was a little different. I got the error, "A disk read error occurred. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart." It took three tries for a proper boot.
SMART data shows all three disks to be fine. No UDMA CRC Errors or Pending Sectors, etc.
I'm almost certain the problem lies with either the PSU or motherboard. My PSU is borderline, I think, given its age. It's a 1000w Cougar powering a CPU and two 7970s, all with significant overclocks. Add to that a D5 pump, 10 fans, 3 drives, fan controller, and a few USB peripherals like a Yeti Blue Microphone and a portable HDD. It could also be that the motherboard is not pushing out the needed current upon initial bootup. This board has always been quirky. For example, ASUS confirms that the board will double post if you enable PLL overvoltage.
Reluctant to replace both, because I'm still on the fence about Haswell.
