Coyote will get you squared away with the GPU issues. Probably better off not using that MSI app and just going with EVGA precision.

GeForce Experience/apps that recommend game settings are fine for starting out, but it's fun to spend a little time messing with the graphics settings yourself to see what you consider playable and what effects you like better than others. There is no reason you should not be able to max out BF4. I can max it out with 2 overclocked 7970s.

Crysis 3 at 1440p, nope. You should be able to crank everything to max, but anti-aliasing is killer. I can't use it at all if I recall correctly. You should be able to do a little better with the 780 Tis though. And Assassin's Creed games are poorly optimized, so good luck tweaking that piece of shite game (the game itself is decent, but Ubisoft is a joke when it comes to PC gaming).

In general, the triple A titles require a ton of GPU power to max out, and there's quickly a point of diminishing returns, especially at 1440p.

There's a space in there somewhere I think

AC games will have frame rate drops at random times no matter what you do

Thanks again. Yeah, BF4 is pretty close. I don't even know which AA settings are best yet, so Im not really paying attention to those quite yet. Still playing around. But a couple of things on BF4 are a tad lower. Like mesh quality is recommended to medium. Probably would run fine maxed out, I haven't tried yet. I just thought the nvidia app would see my specs and be like "Woah dude, max it out and play away."
