No, 2006 was still cold cathode tubes. LEDs really took off about 2yrs later.
Who else loves gaming during the holidays? Full belly... getting fat.. cold outside, doesnt get better.
EDT: I remember the first few cathodes having large power bricks. So lame. lol

Bruce... have you had any troubles out of the 9.4 beta?
It is starting to act up like when I had the 9.2 version...I still have the small glitch at the bottom of the screen and they will still randomly lose video feed and I will have to reset.

Along the lines of our tv conversation the other day. I'm watching tv in my room right now and really disappointed with where we are at with content. I have an hdtv in every room in the house but only hd in 1 room, and that only comes in at 720 usually.

Yep, I reverted back to beta8 because the driver would crash when I would disable a display. It's fricking lame that they haven't release an official driver since late September.

yeah that is tempting, but I am not sure how much use I would get out of a 3ds. while i love zelda, it doesn't make sense to buy a portable just to play it. Any other games worth having? pros/cons of the 3ds?

EDT: I feel like you Gardoki, these last 3 days I've played more Zelda on 3DS and Shadowfall on PS4 than anything on PC.
IDK how the hell I'm going to make it outta this holiday season without an WiiU.
