Is this thing just a complete POS to be this cheap?
all of Zalman's water coolers on newegg have a solid rating. they dont have that model though.
and come to think of it, that model looks significantly different than the other zalman coolers.
on newegg, the 310, 315, and 320 all have modular fans that sit on the opposite side of the cpu (the rad in between the cpu and the fan). they also have the hoses on the bottom side of the rad as opposed to the top.
id just spend $30 extra and order a H60 tbh. the fan on mine was a little loud (well it wasnt loud at all, its just the rest of the rig is whisper quiet) so i replaced the stock fan with a 120mm silent series fan from fractal design ($10).

Red cap has a good rep on OCN. He will probably return if you pay shipping back.

I don't really OC so I am not really looking for a water cooler but I would install one if I came across a good deal for a decent one. My 8350 runs way less hot than my old 6200 ever did and my Cooler Master N520 does a good job cooling and is quite.

In guessing this is a nice 1440p monitor that you are excited about?
Posted on 5/10/13 at 1:02 pm to Mr Gardoki
yeah its nice.
would yall plug it in? I figure that the panel is cracked if it gouged the outer part.

Message or call him.
Cases like yours require the buyer to pay shipping back and he then sends you a new one.
Just get with him, you payed via PayPal do have some way to retract your money.

Honestly I dont think these lower end WC's are any better than say a CM Hyper 212 Evo at cooling. They are just whisper quiet and you dont have a 20 lb block of aluminum hanging off your motherboard (exaggeration)

sorry for your loss. as someone who used to be in the international logistics field -this is a good example of why free shipping aint always free.

Purchases on eBay over $200 require shipping insurance. If the seller didn't get it then you could easily get your money back.
I wouldn't have opened the box TBH. The box didn't say do not open if damaged?

Mine had an american warning from FedEx...
The seller should have shipping insurance. If he doesn't, then you will easily get your money back since he won't be covered with eBay's buyer protection
Edit: shoot me a link to the monitor you bought

It appears that one of my hard drives on my primary machine took a crap. I'm terrible at backing stuff up. It may be time to explore a RAID array.
