Yeah for a little.. Around 8cst.
The 3820 is pretty ghetto, just using for a place holder. Then again.. I might not cen use it because it will take me 2 weeks for breaking down and redoing my loop.

I'm still tinkering with it, but I think it's close. My case choice was random, just selected something at the correct price point. The motherboard is barebones. It's a 970 chipset and supports only the 95w TDP CPU. Overclocking will be mediocre. I'm considering nixing that hyper 212 and upping the motherboard slightly. The 7950 price is too good to pass up. Everything else just needs to be functional and serve its purpose of not bottlenecking the GPU.

Yes, that's the same one I have. It stays cool and overclocks pretty well. I paid right at 300 for mine before the rebate around 3 months ago.

yeah i cant believe its crashed down to $200. there is literally no excuse for not having that or a GTX760. prices are just too low.

We should do some prizes for our fantasy league! Coyote was talking about a video card, I have an HDD, and maybe some others could throw something in. Make it a little more interesting

I'm thinking about buying that 7950 off new egg and using them in my other rig since I bought that other one a few weeks ago.
Think crossfiring those would be worth it?

With your 7970? It would drop the 7970 to 7950 level. For gaming, not really. For e-peen, most definitely. 8===> to 8======>

Nah, I have a 7970 in my rig now. I bought that exact same 7950 for cheap as dirt from a friend last week to put in my other build.. Thinking about swooping that one on newegg and crossfiring the 7950's in the extra rig

Same principle as my last post but it never hurts to have too much power.
I'm in for whatever random shite I have laying around at the time. Probably be random fans and some game codes or something. Maybe my h100i but that depends whether or not I have a full custom loop by then.

I've had skyrim in my library for quite some time and I just started playing it this past weekend. The past few times I just couldn't get in to it, but this time I'm going full archery and having fun.
I've been playing on ultra with 2x AA and 8x on the sampling setting. I usually get 60fps but, there are times (During gameplay) where it drops to the high 30s
