for $20 id go with the better binned chip. its not like the 8320 vs 8350 awhile ago when the 8320 was selling for $50 less.

Keep in mind that the 6350 has a higher TDP (125w vs 95w), so be sure your board/chipset supports it. It'll also run hotter of course because of the higher voltage. Essentially you're paying $20 for overclocking service, but if you plan to overclock further, take advantage of the 6300's lower TDP. If you're just going to keep everything stock, $20 for the extra performance is worth it.
I actually researched those chips last night for the guide, because they fit nicely in the $600 sample budget.
