The PS2 is still an active auction? I think you can message the guy and get him to retract his bid.
Might even be a way to cancel his bid for him since he doesn't meet your policies.
The guy bid at the last second and won it. This was on like Saturday. I sent him a message asking if he was making me ship it to Venezuela or if it was going somewhere in the US but he never responded. Do I have to pay a fee to relist it?

No fee to relist it but unless you do an unpaid item complaint you will have to pay 10% of his bid price.
It sucks because it costs you a whole week to deal with it unless you can get the buyer to agree to cancel before hand.

Depends on what you are paying for it
There is a great deal on a 300R today if anyone needs a case.
Too bad this was there the other day for you, champion.
$49.99

If it's 10% then I'll just pay it since it's $5. I don't want to send him something to agree to cancel it and then he pays for it and I'm stuck trying to send a fricking PS2 to Venezuela.

That's a good deal but I think the new 760s are only $20 or so more and are like 15% or so faster than the 670. You would also have a full warranty on it.
You could also get a 7870GHZ for cheaper than that and it does everything he would need at 1080p though it's not as fast as a 670.

shite you are right. the 760s on newegg are $250. didnt realize they were that cheap

That's a good price for a 670 and will crush 1080.
eta: Also didn't realize how cheap the 760 is. If you don't want to spend the extra money the 670 would do great.

Which makes no sense as to why 670s are still $300+ brand new.

760 benchmarks
According to these the 670 outperforms the 760 in many games and on par in others. Based on these I may grab that 670.

yeah the new versions of older cards never seem to dip in price like you would expect. they must not be sitting on a lot of inventory or something, no motivation to move product.
for an extra $30 you get a full warrantied new card... no brainer to me.

The differences are probably marginal at best. I didn't look at your link but have looked at benchmarks of them.
The difference for me would be having a brand new card with a full warranty.

team green essentially put a hit out on AMD with these new 7xx cards. im going to have to adjust my newegg quick lists

7870s are looking at about 220 retail. the 760s appear to be around 260 retail.
a lot of the benchmarks I am looking at from the 600 series release show the 680 and 670 outperforming the 7970. IIRC by the end of the 600 series life cycle the 7970 drivers had matured and blown away the 600 series. correct? what can i expect as far as continued driver support for the 670?
I know for sure that msi makes good stuff, and a lot of people are huge fans of the twin frozr coolers. I also feel pretty good about it because I sold my 670 for 300 plus shipping just a few months ago. Its not a reference pcb but this thing will never be under water so that doesn't even factor in. my gigabyte 670 did everything I asked it to. this one supposedly boosts up pretty well, but AF is somewhat limited so I probably won't have a ton of manual overclocking headroom.
What's the consensus? msi has a 3 year no registration warranty btw.

Well you can get a 7950 for $240 right now too. If you look for sales you can get a 7870 for as low as $180 which appears to be common lately. At 1080 I think you can't really miss with any of these. Going forward with 1440 and looking at the future I feel better with 7950 or 7970 just for the memory.
