Doesn't appear to be any. I thought I had found one, but it turned out to be a 12v to 5v aargb (another standard for the old PWN 4 pin LED fans).
The fan I bought solves 95% of my issue and I'm okay with that.

Voltage is easy to adjust. Esp when the feed doesn't require a ton of wattage.
Seems like something can be made at less. Post your mobo and stuff again, I would love to dig into it.

MSI tomahawk Max and Cooler master ML240r RGB are the two that I can sync. There are one million threads on the issue and no one has found a solution that I've found.

I've got burned by a Tomahawk Mobo once too, but for a different reason.
Didn't find out the Mobo wasn't x4 m.2 until opening the manual to find out it's only x2.
Should have did more research but it was the only x99 Mobo at the time which didn't have a x4 pcie m.2 slot.

Older titles get boosts most of the time because of the engine. Sometimes they aren't specifically targeting a game.
