Likely going to pick these up here in a few. Thoughts on them?
Logitech G610 keyboard
7.1 headset
The only downside(that I noticed) from that headset is it looks like I can't use it for console. That isn't the worst thing though because I have a headset with an inline mic that will suffice.

I have the G613 keyboard and I really like it. Not quite as nice as cherry switches, but the wireless capability is amazing.
Dont have anything about that headset. If I were to get a new headset it would probably be the G533

Yeah I'd love to splurge on a wireless headset but I'm on a bit of a budget. That's why I chose those two.
I have a wireless keyboard at the moment but it really isn't meant for gaming.

I'll still keep that keyboard mainly for when I want to sit on the couch and stream movies, etc.

dammit...was hoping to be able to pick something up locally and use it this afternoon.
But yeah those both look like better options for basically the same price.
So on that Rosewill, switching to brown keys is only 10 bucks more. Aren't those a hell of a lot better?

Check craigslist... Real shite. You may be able to find a nice keyboard on there for a good price. Bruce just found a Razer Blackwidow (
) for $20 which is a good deal for any mech

It's all about preference. Blues are still my personal favorite but browns still have that "tactical bump" that blues have with much less noise
Edit: And I've gotten the keyboards I have because they were cheap and only MX brown (or clones)

I'll show you a tactile bump.
With that being said, I actually like the razer "greens" my new kb has. Basically a blue clone but they seem to need a little lower force.

Every time I go to walmart/Target/bestbuy I always tap on the keys since they leave the numpad open for people to try them
But they do seem much lighter than blues

Yeah, they still have the bump and click to them. I just hated that I had to install synapse just to control the lighting. Stock is that annoying fricking breathing mode.

That's retarded. Stock on all keyboards needs to be a stagnant default colored lighting.
Logitechs gaming software is leaps and bounds ahead of any other peripheral software IMO

I can't say that I will be annoyed with the loud arse keys but I can say that shite like that tends to annoy me a bit.

You won't even notice it after a little while, and with a headset you won't at all. Roommates/whatever whore you're currently shacked up with will bitch about it. Also, use push to talk in discord/TS because we can hear you clacking away all willy nilly too.
Blue, I don't mind synapse but Im using Logitech software for my g502 already. Sucks to suck but whatever.

I think I'm just gonna go with the g610 keyboard. I can pick that up at bestbuy tomorrow with a headset.

That's what's nice about the browns, you get the feel and action of mechanical without the loud clicking, I hardly notice it at all.

Yeah the g610 has the browns for $80. I haven't really seen any deals better than that without having to pay shipping.

Video Card prices should start plummeting pretty soon right..... Right?
Profitability is already super low ($2/day with a 1080ti) and prices are incredibly low.
Makes me want to sell my 1080s now so I can hopefully flip them for TIs in a month or so, but I can wait that long without gaming

I'm thinking it might be. I'm sure you saw the guy unloading all those 1070s on hardware swap last night for 350. You might want to ebay it while you can, just to see get in before the curve.

That's what prompted my post
I'm really hoping we see 1080ti dip to around $500, but that'll never happen
Edit: and man, what a bullshite 10k post that post was
