Nah. Did find increasing voltage didn't really affect stability. Unless I flash a custom BIOS. I'm not that nerdy today.

What would you say the spacing is on this for a HBB? 3?

Yeah that's two slots in between the x16 slots, but the way the HBBs are labeled is kind of weird. They sell a "zero" slot spacing which really means there's one slot between the two cards, but the cards are adjacent since they take up two cards. My mobo has two slots between as well, so I have the 1 slot spacing HBB.

The measurements are probably most important.

How much time do you spend staring at your MOBO?

An extra space between the two main x16-length slots allows extra cooling for the top graphics card, as well as allowing the use of cards with extra thick coolers.

This made me think it's three.

Spacing between the first x16 slot and the second x16 slot is a triple-wide slot spacing.

A standard single-wide slot is 20.32mm meaning the slot gap between the first and second x16 slot on the G7 will be 60.96mm.

Accordingly, you'll need a 3 slot bridge

If it's 60mm, you'd go with the 1 slot according to evga's labeling of their HBBs. Same as what I have, and same as what you most likely had, right?

right now I have a two slot HBB and the cards are right next to each other. I have both a 2 slot and a 3 slot HBB so I should be good either way.

Slot spacing as I understand it is the number of open "slots" from the top of the upper card to the top of the lower card.

Newegg has the Ryzen 7 1800x for $299.99 today only, which is better than their Black Friday price of $319

Damn, that is tempting...

Best looking one outside the plain nVidia HBB. But they are hard to find unless buying off eBay.

Dolby Atmos, anyone have experience?

Thinking about upgrading one of my sound bars in the gaming room at my place away from home. If you ever walked in BestBuy and wondered wtf was in your ear, this was it.

LG SJ9 - Reg $999, Cur $699

Saw this one on oddly JayzTwoCentz which I hate.

Do you pay for Shop Runner or getting it free with AMEX? It is another great benefit from using American Express. Believe it is free with all AMEXs, charge cards or not.
