That's what I figured. I will just buy a case without one and get a separate bronze or silver mITX PSU.

Yeah that is what I do. For TV I don't mind gaming at 720 because of your distance from the screen.

Stout look into Lian Li cases. Get one with a 300W PSU, that should cover you even with an OC.
Really old pic of my HTPC. I have changed MOBOs since then. IMO you should get an iTX if going APU. If you have te room for a mATX, might as well build a SFF with dedicated GPU.
