I’m surprised more people aren’t using the M16. It’s pretty cracked right now. The CW Aug is pretty beastly too, but can’t compete at range compared to the M16. The M16 gives that pre nerf DMR wipe feeling at times. Maybe there is just a stigma around the burst rifles.

i might've had some help, but i dome shotted someone on top of superstore from the apartments south of superstore with an M16/iron sights.

It’s just trash at range right now as well as the aug. they are both good enough guns at mid range tho. Wish they would make the damage range better because I love a good burst weapon. Two of the best metas in cod have been burst weapons the m16 in cod4 and the M8A7 in black ops 3.

What do you consider range? I’m dropping and cleaning up people from 100m pretty easily.

It takes 7 shots to kill at all ranges with full plates, so that’s 3 bursts. That gives a good player time to just obliterate you if you aren’t hitting headshots. Obviously if you get headshots it will be quicker but the bullet velocity isn’t very good for those long fights. I find the majority of my fights in Warzone are either really long or close as hell that’s why I like to stick to weapons with a good bullet velocity/range paired with a smg. Example Kar98/Ffar or Mac 10....Amax or Ram or Bruen/Mac10 or any smg you like. It’s a lot harder to rip people off headies using a burst gun the way they are tuned at the moment. Unless you have god aim.

Yeah I agree with that. I’m finding that it’s easy to get headshots even though I might not be aiming for it because of the natural rise of the gun. That’s probably what I’m experiencing, which is making the TTK seem a lot faster. It just seems like it cracks people right away which is giving me time to reposition for a better angle while the opponent plates up.

i just plugged ethernet straight into ps5 and now its working, i wouldnt think it would be my wifi but strange. oh well ill just have to deal w that for now

it's not about being ghosted. i was just mentioning the fact that no one was online. that night, i wasn't being ignored. there was no one online to send invites.

My friends have abandoned the game, I hopped back in today with my mw weapons and was able to hang with randoms. I may hop on tonight
