One of the best quest lines I have ever played through.

I just got off of Shadowmere and had a deer follow us and the nudge up against the horse trying to make time with Shadowmere.

I'm still in the beginning stages of the game as I just bought it yesterday. I'm level 7 and just finished the Diplomatic Immunity quest along the Main Quest route. I really haven't spent much time on side quests, is that something that is recommended to level up faster?

You level up by improving skills (using them) so any path will work for that.

Another question...is there a specific recipe for using the Alchemy lab? I throw random shite on there but nothing is ever created

Three options:
1. trial and error
2. you will find recipes in the during game play
3. google
I used a ton of ingredients using number 1.

Okay, and last noob question....I have a SHITLOAD of scrolls. Are these are 1 time use or do I learn something if I use them?
Posted on 11/21/11 at 9:12 pm to TigerTatorTots
One time use, you learn skill ups and new spells from books.

Daedric armor SPOILER since so many have asked about it.
I wonder if this means their aren't wandering Daedra like the past games?
I even upped my difficulty level to see if they would spawn. Not real high just from apprentice to adept but so far no Daedra have been spotted but Darklord Draugh are a lot harder to kill and now their shout works on me sometimes.

Looks like they are rare spawns at least in the no 50 range. I like it and I don't, the armor and weapons dropped like candy in Oblivion, but this seems a little too elusive unless you know the tricks.

Well the easiest exploit is just to use the guy that sells them and then wait 48 hours over and over and over until you have all you want.

Not an exploit if it's an in game mechanic, imo. Only a sloit for the RP people.

Does anyone use Lycan form for anything other than NOT becoming a Vamp? I used it once on the Thieves Guild quest and that was it.
Posted on 11/21/11 at 10:03 pm to DoUrden
Nope. Lycan is way too weak. I did the quest to get rid of it almost immediately.

I keep it so I don't have to do the quest to get rid of vampireism. No hare other than the no rest bonus in having it.
Decapitate rocks when it happens on named mobs.

I went with the mace and just finally upgraded to decapitate, but so far only one head has exploded. It keeps doing the old finishing move.
I think there is a bug that even if you cure lycan, you still can't get Vampirism. Not sure if this is true because you can get other diseases.
