You sure it's not the other claw you get up in winterhold?
Also that was awesome.. just running around east of whitehold and a random dragon flys down to fight me.. and he was def harder than the dragon up on top of the mountain with the mage in the coffin that fricks you up.

I have discovered a glitch on the 360. So I accepted a quest in which somebody accompanies you but for the some reason the quest showed in the "completed" side even though I haven't done it. So now every time I ask someone to come with me they are like "looks like you've already got someone else" when in fact I am terribly alone

Is anyone elses side quests not showing up on the map? When I activate the quest, there is no waypoint for me to follow.

You have to press start and go to your quests and select the ones you want to show up.

I've done that. Once I pressed A to "Toggle Active." The only problem is it doesn't show up with a marker on my map. I can't find a specific person without a waypoint.
ETA I'm talking about the miscellaneous quests if that makes a difference. When you activate one does a marker appear on your map?

Come on man. I am activating a specific quest. For example, "Talk to Mikael about Carlotta" or "Investigate the Bards College." I hover over one of those, press A, and nothing shows up on my map.

You have to activate BOTH the specific quest as well as the Misc. category or else they won't show up... If that doesn't work then I have no idea.

Yeah, no doubt about that. I'm playing well past the point of physical exhaustion at night (well, into the morning, like now), so that's a sign of a GREAT game. I'm level 19 right now and have barely scratched the surface of what the game can offer.

I'm just 15.. going pure mage which makes a few fights surprisingly hard.
That fricking lich up on top of the mountain (after the dragon fight) fricks me up.
The fellglow keep dungeon with all the mages was also pretty tough since they are all so clutch with their wards..
