Anyone know how to unlock the 2nd, 3rd and 4th effects for different ingredients?

I think they are unlocked when they are combined with other ingredients while making different potions. One type of pot will unlock one effect using the same ingredient in a different kind of pot will unlock another.

damn that daedric armor looks badass. I got my smithing up from 30 to 64 yesterday in a couple of hours. hoping to get it to 90 by the weekend so i can make some. I've decided my character will be heavy armor from now on

what is the downside of having "stolen" stuff because I have a lot?

I it takes 100 in smithing to make daedric, but it doesn't take much longer if you smith using the iron dagger line in whiterun.

Hard to sell if you haven't done the thieves guild quest, if you get arrested they will take it from you.

just make iron dagger's over and over? definitely the fastest way but man it gets expensive if you buy all the tools and iron

If you combine it with enchanting them then you can make back a lot of the money.

I've done the thieves gild so thats good. they don't seem to take anything but the stuff i stole from that shop and sometimes just the stuff i got in trouble for
