I still like the White run house for smithing, but uses the Riften house for everything else.

I wish getting soul gems was easier, I have my enchanting to like 45 but I don't have a way to get souls for empty soul gems

I own a key to this farm cause the npc got too close to a dragon we were fighting... So I looted her corpse.
Can I unload shite in her chest and consider it safe? Also how can I acquire this farm for myself? Just a simple farm outside windhelm. These dragonscales and bones are fricking heavy

Simple soul trap weapon.
If you haven't been able to find one, then you can do the Daedric quest in Markath by entering the abandoned house.
You don't need to set the trap to very long when you make a weapon. The shorter the duration the more charges you get.
I usually set a dagger to 3 or 4 seconds of soul trap with a grand gem.
In whiterun you can just buy all the gems from the guy at the general store and the wizard in the keep.

Na. Player owned houses MIGHT reset every few days so I would not store anything there.
It might be safe but it is probably not worth it.

I haven't tested it and would not trust it, there is no way to officially own the farm.

Hulkklogan - You can learn a spell that will allow you to trap the soul of any creature/person you are fighting after you kill them.

Markath is the place for you then. The Mace of Molag Bal.

You guys are awesome. I'm at 80 now for smithing and I've gained about 6 levels. Now where do I get the mats for these high end items?

I don't smith at all. I just don't see the benefits of OT. Should I start?

Right now I have just a bunch of steel armor, should I save my enchantments until I get something better?

If you want Daedrick armor and weapons then yes.

You should enchant and sell for skill ups, but save a few for new pieces, imo.
