I may put up a voluntary paypal donation thing up for those willing to contribute once things are more set up.
As for running it, its not really a big deal. Once bukkit matches the current version, it will be very easy to do whatever I need to do automatically.
I might boost up the number of mods though for some more in game support.

I built an fort near the spawn site if you need a safe spot.
There is a semi-complex timing circuit I built for the doors that I might expand on later.
Took a lot of troubleshooting to make all of the pieces to work out.
Please don't frick with it

Yep, thats the problem with my server. Until bukkit releases an update, none of the plugins will work properly and they will continue to cause problems.
I got a friend thats pretty beast at troubleshooting/hosting a mc server, if you ever need a hand with the files. We've maintained our server since 1.3 without any major issues or wipes needed...even with a massive list of useless plugins running that he refuses to get rid of

Damn....that HAS got to be super messy.
Some of those plugins must date back in the Hey0 days, and while it worked, it wasn't particularly elegant about it.
