I don't understand what the issue is.
A few months ago, my game was fine, and running at 100+ fps.
Patch hit, and my fps went to shite, consistently staying in the 20-30 range.
Blizzard finally fixed the issue, my fps went back to normal.
Newest patch hits, and again my fps drop to 20-30 range.
I've literally changed nothing during those times. The patch is the only thing different. The game is absolutely unplayable and now I have a penalty on my account because I kept trying fixes going in and out of games.
ETA: I did have some success starting the game through Nvidia's control panel thingy, but it worked once and now it's back to the same ole shite.
I can't find anything about it online that isn't back from earlier this year.

Does anyone still play? I still play every other day or so for a game or two.
I have a group of 2-4 and we run quick play (one isnt 25 yet so we can run comp)

I pulled the roadhog skin twice and I never play him 
Was really hoping for the junkrat skin or the reaper skin, but I did pull the new reaper heroic intro. I only played Hanamura, Route 66, and hollywood through 10 games tonight (Idk how they do map rotations in this game), but only hollywood was Halloween themed.

Got up to 2828 on PSN the other day and proceeded to drop 400 RP in a span of 3 days.
Is anyone else noticing a huge difference in single queue group quality between 2400-2700 and 2700+? I am finding that no one wants to commit to tanking around 2400-2600 and we end up getting steam rolled. Pretty frustrating to get back up once you fall below 2600

So we're playing today and one of my buddies gets Play of the Game after we lose. I guess this other guy (GT: KD Trash) thought he should've gotten it, so he messaged my buddy "lol u are trash, hold this L." So the next round our whole team targets this guy and we all T-bag him every time we kill him. He messages us "stay in this lobby", so we stay. Next game, I'm playing as tracer and I tag him with a sticky bomb which results in a triple kill, after which I teabagged his corpse. That ended up being Play of the Game. I had the xbox record it, and then messaged him the clip with the caption "save this to your drive, it's the only time you'll ever be on a Play of the Game."
Then he messages me saying "matter of fact I'm pulling your IP right now. Have fun playing offline."
